Worldwide Shipping & Costs We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide. Our goal is to bring our professional timepieces to customers everywhere with a seamless and premium delivery experience.

 

Hassle-Free Shipping (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid) We provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for all international orders. This means that all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are already included in the final price you pay at checkout. You will not be required to pay any additional fees to the courier upon delivery. We handle the entire customs process to ensure a smooth and worry-free experience for you.

 

Processing Times All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a notification containing your tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is processed, please expect the following transit times:

  • United States: 7–14 business days (Standard) | 5–10 business days (Express Upgrade)

    Europe: 7–12 business days

     

  •  

    International / Rest of the World: 8–15 business days

     

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. While we work closely with our carriers to meet these windows, transit times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs inspections or logistical issues outside of our control.

 

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system. You can track your order anytime via our Tracking Portal or by contacting our support team.

 

Shipping Protection For your peace of mind, we offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout for a flat rate of $5.00. We highly recommend adding this service to your order. If you purchase Shipping Protection and your package is lost, damaged in transit, or stolen, we will immediately expedite a replacement order to you at no additional cost.

 

 

Please note: If you choose to opt out of Shipping Protection, Noble Fortis cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen once they have been handed over to the courier.

 

Delivery Restrictions Due to international shipping regulations and courier restrictions, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical residential or business address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages Please ensure that you provide a correct and secure delivery address at checkout. Noble Fortis is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, any reshipment fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
