Refund policy

Returns We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original premium packaging. Please note: For watches and accessories, any protective films on the watch face, case, or strap must be completely intact and unaltered. If these protective films have been removed or tampered with, the return will not be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, please contact us at noblefortis@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties or taxes associated with the return, are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Promotional Offers & BOGO (Buy One, Get One) If you are returning items purchased during a Buy One, Get One (BOGO) or similar promotion, all items involved in the promotion must be returned in their original, unused condition to receive a full refund.

 

If you choose to return only the paid item and keep the free or discounted item, the full retail value of the kept item will be deducted from your total refund amount. This policy ensures fairness and prevents the abuse of our promotional events.

 

Order Cancellations & Modifications We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process upon receiving the item.

 

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, with all protective films intact, and in its original packaging.

 

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Undelivered Packages & Incorrect Addresses We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the original shipping charges will not be refunded, and a reshipment fee may apply.

 

Please note that we are also not liable for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the courier but claimed as not received by the customer. If you opted out of Shipping Protection at checkout, we recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim.
